I bring together over two decades of yoga practice and 15 years of experience in bodywork, movement, and therapeutic practice. My approach is informed by studies in Thai Yoga Massage, Tui Na, acupressure, mobility work, breathwork, and yogic philosophy, allowing me to create sessions that are both grounded, supportive, and thoughtfully personalized.

Drawing from both Eastern therapeutic traditions and modern nervous system awareness, I design sessions to help improve mobility and flexibility, release tension, reconnect with the body, and cultivate a greater sense of ease, balance, and embodied wellbeing.
