Hands-on Yoga Therapy sessions blending mobility work, breathwork, and therapeutic movement to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and restore embodied wellbeing.

Designed for all bodies & flexibility levels, sessions are adapted to your individual needs, comfort, & goals.

I bring together over two decades of yoga practice & 15 years of experience in bodywork, movement, & therapeutic practice. My approach is informed by studies in Thai Yoga Massage, Tui Na, acupressure, mobility work, breathwork, & yogic philosophy, allowing me to create sessions that are both grounded, supportive, & thoughtfully personalized.

Drawing from both Eastern therapeutic traditions & modern nervous system awareness, I design personalized sessions to help improve mobility & flexibility, release tension, reconnect with the body, & cultivate a greater sense of ease, balance, & embodied wellbeing.

Session Information

Yoga Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, held on Fridays and Saturdays, and take place in a calm, dedicated treatment room within my home practice space.

Sessions are personalized to your body, comfort level, and goals, integrating mobility work, breathwork, therapeutic movement, flexibility support, and guided relaxation in a grounded and supportive environment.

The session fee is $80 CAD, payable by cash at the time of your appointment.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and mobility work.
